Thank you for reaching out to Czar’s Promise regarding your pet who has received a cancer diagnosis. Our compassionate team cares about the journey on which you are embarking, and are here to help support you and your pet as you navigate through cancer treatment and care.
Czar’s Promise is a non-profit organization based in Madison, Wisconsin founded in 2018. Grant determinations are made on a case-by-case basis, and are subject to policies and the availability of Czar’s Promise funds.
To be considered for approval for funding of chemotherapy, radiation and/or palliative oncology medical care, your pet must have a confirmed diagnosis of cancer and be receiving treatment by a board-certified veterinary oncologist at any of the following Veterinary Oncology Centers in Wisconsin:

Once the below application is completed and submitted, please allow for up to (5) five business days for Czar’s Promise to reach out with the next steps. We understand this is a very challenging time, and we are here to provide support and resources to assist in a positive outcome for your cherished pet.

CZAR'S PROMISE
It began as a love story; the attraction, immediate. In 2001, a small white fluffball with an infectious smile that had me at "hello", came bounding full steam ahead and into my arms; and yes, that was all it took.
